We are looking for an experienced Process Information Technology (IT) Manager on Sales & Marketing to join our Business IT Relations Management (BRM) team at Caverion Group IT.
You may be located in any one the following locations – Vantaa or Helsinki area, Finland; Vienna area, Austria; Munich area, Germany; or in Stockholm area, Sweden. We offer the possibility to work in a hybrid model – this position requires regular physical presence at the office but can be combined with home office days. You will be joining our multi-national team with colleagues in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria and Germany.

Role Description
You will be responsible for the IT interface to our Sales & Marketing process. That means that you are expected to guide business colleagues in how to best utilize or select common Sales & marketing systems to boost Caverion business. You will secure stability, quality and cost-efficiency for our current IT tools supporting Sales & Marketing, but also look strongly into the future. Furthermore, planning and managing constant transformation from current state to new future state is under your responsibility.

Role requires high level technical ability to understand CRM and how its modules connect into entity, data governance and interfaces where CRM data can bring business value. Experience of SAP and D365 is appreciated, but not necessary since this role will be supported by person with deeper technical knowledge (Solution Architect). You will be supported by a strong team in the Business IT Relations Management unit, where we have colleagues from all Caverion countries. Furthermore, you can look forward to a trusted and collaborative relationship with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Key accountabilities:

  • Accountability to guide business in the development and utilization of our CRM system and its data and other aligned IT tools for Sales and Marketing in best possible way
  • Enable the execution of the Caverion business strategy by providing selection of aligned IT tools on Sales & Marketing area
  • Gather development demand on projects (year plan) and smaller development needs from business, turning them to IT execution plans in Sales & Marketing view
  • Manage project portfolio on IT projects on Sales & Marketing area
  • Act as single-point of contact for the IT for all topics, working both ways: business and IT internal
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and run effective communication to your stakeholders
  • Manage development (CAPEX) and run costs (OPEX) of your process
  • Communicate, lead and engage with the key user communities

Preferred background and qualifications:

  • Hands on work experience and interest for the global sales and marketing processes, application and tools
  • Strong view on future Sales & Marketing solutions upcoming in the next 3-5 years, basic understanding of the system landscape today and in future
  • Experience of one or more CRM system and its capabilities, D365 knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience on secure usage, adoption and utilization of CRM system in global environment and on integration with other core systems
  • Doer with drive and ready to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to make things happening. Ability to lead a project team, external and internal stakeholders and vendor is essential to secure efficient development
  • Technical background & understanding with ability to speak with architects and developers in their “language”
  • Excellent communication skills & proficient level in local language and English
  • Competence of transforming business requirements into technical specifications
  • Flexibility, diplomacy and negotiation skills and experience to work with senior executives
  • Knowledgeable, firm but diplomatic approach; good listening and mediating skills
  • Experience with an agile (preferably Scrum) working model in larger-scale international projects
